We heard about this cooking class from a friend and it was one of the best meals we had in Siem Reap. We drove out to the countryside and met up in an open-air kitchen to do some home cooking. The wood-burning stoves were in stone hearths. A little old lady was super cute – she was the master chef and she presided over all our cooking efforts. She loved Annie- they had a beautiful hug at the end. We made fresh spring rolls (pretty good), chicken amok (delicious), and banana in coconut milk (way too sweet).
